There are exciting changes ahead for the Total Telecom Congress as we seek to better serve the leaders of global connectivity.
We will be moving to a new home at The RAI in Amsterdam, on the 21 and 22nd November 2023. The RAI is a fantastic modern venue, less than 5KM from the heart of Amsterdam and more importantly providing easy access for delegates from across Europe and further afield.
The event will evolve to focus ever more strongly on delivering business outcomes, recognising the impact on the telecom industry of growing economic and geopolitical pressures that are driving telcos to evolve business models, become ever more innovative and look for opportunities to collaborate and consolidate.

On 21st of november there will be a panel about:
‘Connected Netherlands’ on Day 1 (21 November) at 14.30 – 15.10 on the Leaders Congress track.
- How can the Netherlands ensure that everyone benefits equally from their digital leadership?
- How will the deployment of wireless technologies progress within the Netherlands?
- How can local municipalities, regional provinces, the government, vendors and CSP’s work together to ensure that all households have access to fiber networks
In the panel will be Eurofiber, ODF, Bright Access and FCA.
